Formerly ECCU, Arbor has helpful, friendly staff. The paperwork/procedures weren't always clear to customers (or staff). We got different stories on different days, but it was easy to resolve.
TONYA is the BEST! she's so patient and kind! she will absolutely try her best to work with you. i highly recommend asking for her if you ever need a auto loan or to refinance! LOVE HER
