Last time I ordered online t was 15 minutes late and crappy quality but I still have it a try... how unfortunate for me.
The food was cold and thrown together.
I will NEVER again order from Panera for delivery and I don't suggest it for others.
Today:
To start, my cashier had such long fake nails she couldn’t type in my simple order (two bagels, two coffees, and a pastry). She had to have the manager come over to fix it. The she had to ask me again what I️ wanted. Then she couldn’t find the pastry I️ wanted until I️ pointed it out to her. I️ finally got my food and double checked it once I️ got in my car. She gave me one cream cheese for two bagels. I️ went back in and asked her for a second one and she got an attitude with me saying “I️ only charged you for one but here you go”. So considerate of her! I️ will wait for a different cashier if I️ go back to this Panera.
Ordered a Panini, which was great. Although, this place is infested with FRUIT FLIES, which fly all around the pastries and actually land on them. Buyer beware from the sweets!
At 1:38 my food finally showed up.
I love Panera and this one has friendly staff and great food! I love their yummy baked goods too!

Ordered online at 12:07pm and was given a delivery time of 12:37-12:47pm. Got an email at 12:52pm saying the order was on its way. At 1:15 I called (I only live 5 minutes away) and was told they would call me back in a few minutes (they did not call back). At 1:28 I received a text saying my order had arrived- it's hadn't. At 1:32pm I called again to ask if they had heard anything about my order. They basically said they were backed up and had some call ins but that if it said arrived it should be there soon and that I could have a blessed day.
The driver was very nice and I could tell she was swamped. She gave me a free pick 2 for being an hour late but then informed me that they ran out of frosting so the cookie was just plain. It normally wouldn't be a huge deal but try explaining that to the 3 year old who picked it out as a reward- had I known I would've picked a different cookie for him that didn't need frosting to make it "special". A call offering an alternative would've been nice.
