I have been to Kay's in Crossroad mall the service was good. Now I always go to Kay's on West Main because the service is exceptional and the lay out of the store is great!!! Bigger in side than I thought, looks small on the out side you go in and you greeted right away!!!

Bought my wife's engagement ring and matching wedding band here, along with my wedding ring. Very friendly staff, always ready to help with what you are looking for or need service on. Have always gotten our bi-yearly jewelry check done here and they are very quick about it. We've had to send my wife's ring back because of a loose setting and had it back within a week.
If you want to get a ring you can buy one anywhere, if you want to buy something for the love of your life, the one your going to be spending your life with might as well get her something as special as she is! They are very good to explain the differences and I didn't feel pressured to buy.
