Very friendly staff very approachable. You can get your locks re-keyed in only a few hours sometimes even less than that. It's really nice that it's set in the downtown area that you don't have to go to any big box store. Just go in with your key get a new key copied in only a minute or so. Prices are very reasonable and lock quality is from commercial to top of the line keypad security locks. I would recommend if you are getting a lock set to go there instead of buying a less expensive brand at a big-box store because you get what you pay for. Whenever I've had a lock break they have replaced it no problem
