They r the worst company of all...they r paving in marshall and u can't get thru although the side streets are not closed. Their workers stand in the roads and won't move so u can turn around. They dont stop all cars but pick and choose who to let thru. Perhaps if they need to do this blacktop during the day...then close the road and side streets...tell the businesses to close...send out notices to customers and residents living in marshall...or perhaps it would be better to do the work at night.
