My experience at PT Therapy One has been phenomenal. I started there with an issue with my shoulder, found out it was actually a torn rotator cuff. Had surgery in June and started therapy at PT One in August. The experience was great. My therapist Megan has helped me reach my goals of getting the range of motion and flexibility of my shoulder back. This was all done with lots of care, concern, professionalism, trust and compassion. Never thought I would look forward to going to therapy, but the friendliness shown to me made it so easy to go. The people who work there from the front desk to all of the pt staff were so friendly and genuinely concerned about each individuals welfare. The atmosphere there is so pleasant and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend going to PT Therapy One.

Can I join in the praise of Barbara Eby PT? I spent years not dealing with vertigo. In one short visit, Barb gave me such an education on the anatomy and the why behind my vertigo. With one maneuver, vertigo was GONE. She is incredibly knowledgeable and talented.

Beyond Barb, the location is super convenient with tons of parking. The office is clean. The staff is so accommodating and friendly.

It's a shame she cured me. I would look forward to a visit there any day.

During work I had a severe attack of vertigo. Didn't know what was happening, ended up in an ambulance to the hospital. Checked me out, did not find anything definite, ER doctor mentioned calcite crystals in the inner ear. No idea what he was talking about. Saw a GP 2 days later and she recommended PT1. Barbara saw me and gave me some tests and diagnosed Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV... Google it) She took the time to explain the tests and what they found. Ran me through a treatment procedure and it really helped a lot. I had never heard of BPPV and hope I never do again. PT1 was thorough and professional. I highly recommend them.

Amazing! Really liked the teaching experience! Then the therapy truly worked! After going to doctors for 8 months, this gal delivered dizzy free in one session. Thank you to you and your amazing staff.

Highly recommend Barbara Edy for treatment of vertigo. She is knowledgable, well trained, great to work with, and gets results. I had significant vertigo from a concussion and she was able to help me recover 100% from that. The results will not necessarily last over time, but I know EXACTLY what I will do, where I will go and who I will ask for if it returns. My experience at Physical Therapy 1 on Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo was outstanding.
