Have to love firehouse. They set a new standard for good sandwiches. Thus location seems to be run by former subway employees who like to skimp on meat. Usually my subscription from firehouse are intimidatingly thick. Still loved the sandwich despite expectations not being met. Sooo good.
After reading other reviews, I must have gotten the B team on my visit. I felt like I was inconveniencing the employees by being there during a busy lunch rush on a Friday. The guy who took my order spoke very fast and was almost mumbling to the point where I couldn't understand him. Not one worker seemed to want to be there. I didn't see one smile. The food was average, but with many other sandwich options within a 5-mile radius I won't go out of my way trying to navigate the confusing parking lot to return.
Food was good , guy that made the sandwiches and brought them to the table was pretty rude . Wouldn't even acknowledge a 4 year old that was thanking him for bringing the food.
Everything we have ordered so far has been really yummy. I recommend this place.
The one way entry to the parking lot is odd though but not their fault.
Great subs. I've always thought subs were subs. Firehouse has proved me wrong. I've had the brisket and the sweet and spicy meatball and both were fantastic.
