Grossly overpriced, surly workers when the prices are pointed out, and they tend to have a "if you don't like it then leave" attitude. In this day in age when prices can be viewed immediately for an item, they should offer price matching or some discounting to compete. They must pay prime rent in downtown, so I don't see this old business surviving much longer now that kzoo is really becoming vibrant and demand for great locations rises.
Always find exactly what I'm looking for and I have larger feet. I wear a 15 wide or a 16 regular and the last 4 times I've been they have stylish shoes in my size.
The employees are so friendly and super knowledgeable! The store is really nice as well.
