People riding the buses had to leave the property if they wanted to smoke, but the bus drivers could stand by the buses and smoke. And I watched and heard the security guard tell travelers to go off property and nothing to drivers.
Not the best area. Very dirty restrooms. A lot of homeless people nearby. Catch the train or bus and be on your way. Homeless shelter across the street.
Clean, Convenient and Cool building! Sometimes there are bums other times are not just depends but it's like that anywhere at any public transport center. Overall I wish that there was a little less gum on the ground outside and the inside is spacious and clean (bathroom could be better but not bad).
Nobody around, clogged toilets, junk concessions. Get on the train where they're friendly and welcoming.
Got to say I liked the old layout a bit better, but the renovation is fine. The parking is in a separate lot and one exits the station right into the buses.
