Food was ok (surf&turf) but service was not. Waiter forgot our expensive appetizer.
Amazing service and a kick butt manager!! Our server Brittany was funny, professional and very sweet. The manager Ali, enjoyed our company (my fiance and our two kids) she offered to pay for our meal. We WILL definitely be going back to THIS Outback this weekend!
Love sitting at the bar to eat a delicious dinner and watch whatever game is on the big screen! Top notch service here and such good food!
Server was good but the food was not. Asked for medium steak and got well done. Why is it when you go to steak house they don't know how too cook a steak. The unlimited shrimp was cold every time they bring it out even on reorders. Was not a big fan of the service in food tonight don't know if I would be back. Server never took my dine in rewards.
I want to start out by saying that I have always had a pleasant experience with any Outback Steakhouse, however, this last visit was very displeasing. On 9-8-17, I visited the Outback in Portage, MI with a group of friends. We were greeted at the door and then brought over to the side of there restaurant where there was about 12-15 empty tables and/or booths. The problem was that all of those tables were dirty and there wasn't a clean one around. So, they broke down a bigger group of tables to seat us. After that, we didn't see a server for 20 minutes. They never even took the drink orders. After 20 minutes of waiting for our drink order to be taken, we all decided to leave and go somewhere else. I have always loved eating here, but this was my worst visit ever to an Outback Steakhouse. We drove down the street to Logan's Steakhouse and had a very pleasant time.
