My seat and post were both stolen. I came to their shop looking for help and not only did they figure out what size stuff I needed, as I had no idea, but they also gave me a great deal on some used parts to keep my cost low. 5 star service from a great bunch of folks.
Went shopping here for my first bike today and the service definitely lived up to the reviews! I had little to no knowledge of what I was looking for and Ryan was super helpful and walked me through a bunch of options. I was able to quickly find a great fit for me and some accessories for a decent price.
Bought a rehabilitated bicycle there a couple of years ago. It was in fine shape. They know what they are doing in fixing up student bikes they get in to sell or expert repairs on yours
Today I brought it in because I did something stupid and broke it. I tried to fix it and failed miserably. They had it fixed in about 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price.
I would definitely come back if I was looking to service or upgrade my bike. Thanks!!
Kzoo swift is awesome! Two years ago they helped me choose the bike that was right for me and fit my budget. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
It's a small shop but they still have a pretty good selection of bikes and their service is pretty good. I brought my bike here not long after I had it at Pedal for some general maintenance and Pedal said everything was good to go but some things didn't feel right and then I got a flat. These guys fixed the flat, have me a good deal on a new tire and then saw that my brakes needed to be replaced which is what I thought but Pedal didn't seem to think so. So had them do that and it took a bit longer than I would have liked to get it all done but some parts had to be ordered and it is a small shop
