I took my bike there to get repaired and they were able to quickly fix it in their very own repair shop in the store. This was very nice to see because some places will either send the bike off somewhere or have a different location for repairs, here you can see them fixing bikes and what their repair shop looks like first-hand.

I had a mechanical issue with my road bike two days before a scheduled tour.
It's not a big bike shop but there are lots of people there, eager to work on your bike. Fast and friendly service but a bit pricey and I had to go back twice because there were some things they forgot to put back on
The tech got my bottom-bracket replaced, adjusted everything on my bike and test-rode it in one day. I had a great time on the tour and no mechanical worries.
The people working there were very knowledgeable and best of all honest. Even when I thought my bike needed another repair the person told me it only needs one repair and saved me some money that I could have wasted had they not told me.
