I was very impressed with my first visit today! Dr. Bay and Taylor were as nice as can be. They both spent plenty of time with me, explained everything that's going on with my feet, gave me a wide list of treatment options and answered all of my questions. The office and waiting room were small but overall I am very happy with the care I received. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a podiatrist.
Dr. Tabor has the bedside manner of a gorilla. The saddest part, he is not even aware.
This office is highly unorganized and unprofessional. Strike one: It took me more than one week to make an appointment because they never answered the phone. I figured it was just me calling at the wrong time (there should never be a wrong time to make an appointment) But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I finally got through and made my appointment with Dr. Whitaker but the day of the appointment they said I made it with Dr. Tabor (Not a big deal but that is not who I made my appointment with). Strike 2: While waiting in the lobby to be called into the exam room, the office phone rang multiple time without the receptionist answering it (She was sitting there ignoring it). Now I see why I couldn't get through to make an appointment. Strike 3: Two months after my appointment I received a bill saying that I did not make a payment for my office visit (Of course I paid). I did not even bother calling the office because they don't answer their phone. I eventually receive a letter stating they will be sending my bill to collections. I had to go to the office to handle the issue. Fortunately I had kept my receipt (came in handy while dealing with a business like this). Everything got taken care of they were apologetic which i appreciate. I was told the lady that took my money didn't submit my payment to billing. Oh, but of course she didn't!
I'm not much of a review guy, but this place deserves a better rating. Staff is very friendly. They scheduled my appointment for the day after I called. Dr. Tabor was great, explained everything in detail and gave me options.
The staff is very professional and friendly. Doctors take time to explain things in terms that make it easy to understand.
