So far there has been lack of communication,lack of customer service, and a general 'brush off' kind of attitude. I am concerned whether this insurance company can back up their claims as a business. I trust and expect my agent to keep me informed and communicate via email or a phone call and not send me a Cancellation Notice in the mail without prior warning.When duplicate payments were withdrawn from my bank account then too there was no notification of that mistake nor an apology and I found out through my bank later.
