Terrible -- talked me into transferring my liability insurance based upon their lower rate, then about a week after writing the policy, decided not to cover me at after all (for no reason whatsoever as there were never any claims against me)...after a lot of double talk and red tape, still waiting for my refund check -- horrible staff, and horrible management -- steer clear!
