Social Security Administration has instituted some policies which saved a lot of waiting in line at the building; there is some waiting in line, but not as much waiting in the waiting room because you can get a benefit letter by using the kiosk now.
Still waiting....... over an hour now and still waiting. I might actually become eligible for social security benefits before we are called just to change my wife's name.
