Pizza tasted good arrived in about 25 minutes. Deliverer was cool. The store hung up on me twice and gave wrong amount for my order but it turned out okay. Was scared when i read the reviews guess i got lucky.
Ordered a pizza online and they said they knocked at the door but never did . Called the store and was told they couldnt reach the driver but would keep calling to get ahold of the driver and call us back . An hour later i ended up calling back and was told that the order was voided and that they couldnt do anything for me . called back again and they said it would be out in 20-30 min 1 hour later i finally got a pepperoni pizza.
I just ordered domino's online, a medium pizza with pineapple, it took them 1 hour after the tracker said they were out for delivery to get to my apartment mind you I live 1 mile away. My driver also called me 5 times telling me that she was lost and couldn't find her way. She then told me to call the domino's store and tell them that she was lost. When she finally arrived after going to the domino's store and picking someone up who knew where to go I got the wrong pizza. I got a medium pepperoni! I can't eat meet I'm a vegetarian so I literally cannot eat it. I called and they said they would make me another pizza and they did, it got to my place very quickly which I thought was nice but the dough is literally raw. The cheese is barely melted and I am disgusted at the performance of this chain.
Not the best Domino's I have ever been to. One of the worst pizza experiences I have ever had. How can 2 separate stores make the exact same pizza completely different? Not sure what is going on at this store but someone needs to be trained properly in how to make a simple pizza.
I'm not a picky person, really flexible. I understand things happen out of the business control but 3 times is not a coincidence man. Never again will I give these guys my business.
So in total 2.5 hours just to get a pepperoni pizza . Not ordering from this dominos again.
I would give one star if I could.
