I was very disappointed by this particular location.
Great place for food and internet
Ordered exactly what I wanted and the website told me it would be delivered in 50-60 minutes. I'm used to waiting a little longer than the quoted time and am patient and understanding but at the 90 minute mark I decided to see what was going on. I couldn't talk to the store because they were closed. I checked the order tracker and it never made it past "making" to "delivering." By this time it was now too late to order from anywhere else so I was especially annoyed.
Polite and clean and fast
I don't order out often but when I do it's usually from Pizza Hut and it's because I have a specific craving for something. I was disappointed to not get what I wanted and very annoyed that I couldn't even order anything similar because everything else closed while I was waiting for an order that never arrived with no explanation and no calls, messages, or emails letting me know. I was also staying at a motel so it's not like I could just grab something from the fridge.
Our lunch always comes out one at a time for 5 people. Wait staff is slow and inattentive. They aren't knowledgeable of their items on their menu. When asked what came ona sandwich the answer was unknown and no offer to look into it for us.
They have a good pizza for a great price. We usually get 2 mediums with unlimited toppings for 6.99 each. For us the service has always been excellent. The few times a mistake was made they always made it right.
