Bert Ebright is outstanding in the care and concern he putsinto this work.

I just had a fantastic experience with Jessica getting our piano to sound beautiful again. She also gave me several tips on care of the finish. She is very knowledgeable, prompt and her fee was very reasonable. Do not hesitate to call her!!

I know it's a small thing, but they have a lending library for people to share sheet music. It's little things like this that make it worth repeat visits if you have a love of pianos.
This place is a true gem of Kalamazoo!! The owner is warm and knowledgeable and her love of pianos is more than evident!!!! I could not be more blessed by my new piano and am grateful for the crew they employ to do the work of moving the pianos carefully. It's so important to support amazing local businesses like this and I am so thankful to have found this wonderful place!! There's no other place you should go, whether you're looking for a piano, lessons or tuning!!!! Every time I play my new piano, I will be thankful for Jessica French and her lovely shop!
This has been the worst experience. They recommended Burt Ebrite for piano moving services. We were making arrangements all week and then the day of he calls and says in a voice mail lets look at next week. So I've taken off work and the couple with the piano is waiting. He leaves me high and dry. Then I call the piano company and they readily accept that this is unacceptable and promise to give me another movers info AND. THEN. THEY. DON'T. EITHER. I was told later by someone that having Burt Ebrite stand me up was the best possible outcome. He has a terrible reputation.
