My honest advise, stay away from this guy and find some other mover in the area.
Once I started talking to him how the estimate could be so much off, he stopped answering my calls. This was on the day of the delivery and we had to just wait for the truck to show up. It was ridiculous. This guy is not worth your business.
I recently moved from Kalamazoo to Chicago area. The owner (Stanley!) was polite and responsive till I decided to go with them. He saw all the stuff we were going to move and still gave me an estimate ($1400 for 3500lbs) that was way below the estimate by two men & a truck ($1750 for 6000lbs). We decided to take a chance and try these guys out. On the day of the delivery, he doubled the price saying the weight was much more than what he thought ($2900 for 6500 lbs). He basically mis-led us with the qote for $1400. There was not a single item that we added since his estimate. The other mover's estimate was accurate and would have been much cheaper.
