I love Culver's. The people there are AWESOME. The Portage Michigan store is the BEST
Amazing service! We did not realize that we pulled up at closing time. They happily took our drive thru order for 8 people without any complaints. Our order was complete and accurate, and served with a smile. What a stand up bunch!
I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always good and tastes fresh and my kids love that they can get ice cream too. You earn Culvers points with every kids meal and they come with a slip for a free scoop with the meal. There's a lot of variety.
Service is good. The burgers are paper thin and usually very overcooked. Offer a better burger and a thicker burger. The walleye specials during lent are excellent!! I can't wait for the season to begin again! The frozen custard and treats served here are very good!! The kids meals are good and they get a free scoop ticket attached to the bags the kids meals are served in.
Great food and very accurate with the slight details I request. Superfluous to most. But hey. I have a picky pallet. Which I know from experience it's a bit of a pain. But, I only have to repeat my order once and it comes out quickly and exactly as I wanted it. All in all far above the average customer service I've grown accustomed to in this area. For fast food that is.
