Jesse Eyre and his entire team was terrific. From the initial call asking for information - a new roof is a huge burden for most of us - to picking out the shingles all the way to working with our insurance and payment needs, it was a great experience. The work went quickly. Jesse under-promised and over-delivered. I recommend roofing needs to Lyster Exteriors now for sure.
The entire process from estimate to completion was simple and easy.
We had a new roof installed in June, now when it rains water runs in around our fireplace. Called to ask for a solution, their repair people explained that it is our OLD fireplace stone, ( Bay Port, Quarried from Maine) that is soaking in the moister and channeling it into the home, "just like a sponge". Couldn't make that up. Just happens to be wet at the ceiling, on a two story 4 flue fireplace. All we what is for them to caulk the flashing around the fireplace, sounds simple? Nope need to conduct a water test. Stay away from this group. We called the salesman who hung up... Nice
Lyster Exteriors just finished replacing 16 windows and repairing another on our only 11 year old home (that alone says something about our original builder, but that's for a different review). The crew that worked on our house was kind, professional and cleaned up as they went along.

So glad I choose Lyster for my siding project. My house looks great and everyone I dealt with at Lyster was knowledgeable and customer focused. I was impressed that their Sales rep had extensive product knowledge about siding, having been on the suplier side as well as having hands on experience. This came in handy when it came to helping me pick the right siding and shakes, as well as how to best wrap the windows, selecting the right colors and answering all my questions. Lyster stood out from other siding companies in that Lyster was the only company I found that provides insurance for their employees which others do not, so that I did not need to worry about someone getting hurt while doing my house. The Lyster crews that did my house were very skilled, fast and customer focused. I was impressed by the laser leveling they did to make sure the siding wrapped around the house and came back at the right level which didn’t seem easy to me considering all the coves and contours of our house. I loved the way the doors were wrapped to give the effect of a molding contour not just box molding. They did a terrific job making complicated cuts for the siding above our garage’s angled roof. I especially was impressed that the work that would be hidden by siding was done well even though no one would see it. The workers always took the time to address any question I had. Lyster’s scheduler gave me a schedule for my siding project and Lyster crews completed the project ahead of schedule. I am so glad I choose Lyster and highly recommend them.

I just had my windows done by Lyster and I am blown away by their product and service! I initially met with Luke and we went over what I wanted done and he was very knowledgeable about the product and service that Lyster provided. Luke was also on top of communicating about when things were being delivered and installed.
