I've had massages from various therapist from deep tissue to swedish and I'm always pleased with the outcome and customer service.
If I could give this place zero stars I would! I'd suggest to NEVER go to this location! PLEASE READ!!!!

A medical emergency with my mother happened the night before our massages so we had to rush to the other side of the state late that night.
We called the morning of the appointment to cancel and explain this awful situation but they said there is a no cancellation policy and we were charged $100. I said I would bring in medical records for proof to show of the event and they still refused to do anything for us. I completely understand policy, but in an extreme circumstance as this the fee should have been waived. We talked to the owner and she did not seem to care of the situation and will do nothing for me and my wife. This to me is very BAD business and I hope people will decide to take their business else where!
I had very good experience with them. I made a plan and was able to have regular massages at affordable price. My favorite one was the reiki, but the hot stones are amazing and the lymphatic one did help me detox a lot!
I was given gift cards and was told that I could apply them towards my membership..once I get there I was informed that I woould not be able to apply to membership and had to pay the higher rate.. customer service, honesty and ethics suck
After my husband became ill and couldn't enjoy massages I had gifted him, I was assured recently that I could use all the massage credits that had accrued. When I made an appointment for today, they only said I needed to "reactivate" with a card. I brought my sister in for a massage only to learn that my account had been erroneously "cancelled" and all my credits "disappeared". Neither the receptionist nor the area manager would recover my several hundred dollars in credits, despite seeing in my then supposedly inaccessible account. After this dissappoiting encounter, we were not going to pay again for massages. I was very upset. They already had a credit card on file for me and had the audacity to tell me they would charge me a cancellation fee for the appointments made an hour earlier. Really? This is how they want to treat customers.
Another bad experience I've had here is when I purchased a gift card for my wife for her birthday this past year. When we went to use the gift card it was never even loaded. So I had to pay AGAIN for the massages and wait almost a week before I was refunded for the gift card I bought in the first place!
Not relaxed at Massage Green.
Massage Green had no problem charging me for a year worth of massages, of which I used 4. They want their money and don't care about individual customers.
Please as a fellow human being DO NOT give this place your business!!!!
