Getting worse by the season. They hire cute girls that unfortunately know nothing about pool care or chemistry. I went in for a closing out yesterday and long story short she told me the process and chemicals to be used is the same wether an above ground or a 40,000 gal inground! And to top it off they give you crummy service with ugly attitudes. It's too bad since we all love to support our local family pwned business. Had to go down the road to Locey.

I purchased my hot tub in 2010 from a dealer in Mishawaka, IN. After dealing with their below standard customer service I decided to search for another dealer, On the Watkins Mfg website it states they have unparalleled customer service. I had not experienced that with the original dealer. When it was time to purchase a new cover I decided to search elsewhere for a Hot Springs dealer. Luckily, I was introduced to Vliestra Bros. What a wonderful experience. I can truly say they know what unparalleled customer service is. I will continue to give them my business even though they are farther away from the original dealer.
