The staff are always very professional and gentle with my dogs. Email reminders are always timely when appointments are coming up. Usually there is a friendly cat to greet us. The doctors are courteous, thorough and gentle while examining the dogs. The office and examining rooms are always clean and smell clean. A great care facility for your family pet.
