After facing all this when I returned the car and I was asked about the customer satisfaction . I was not satisfied with the service they provided and I told them the same. They tried to convince me saying that they would take of 54$ from bill. I said ok to that and collected my receipt and returned home. After returning home I noticed that only 30$ has been taken off from my bill and I was also charged for 2 gallons of fuel (I am very sure that I returned the car with fuel at which it was given to me).The thing which I am concerned here is that I paid 15$ to clean the car and I get back the double of it which is 30$ and they want me completely satisfied.
Jill was SO helpful today! I'm trying to set up towing my car in after an accident and the body shop I chose wasnt near her store, so she called to find me a car closer to the body shop and did the "work"for me instead of just telling me what to do.
I rented a car in this location for 5 days. The car provided to me was not clean and they gave me the car without washing it.While I was driving it to Tennessee I noticed that the windshield fluid was empty.I stopped by a gas station to fill the fluid and I also spent 15$ to wash the car and clean it.Even after washing the car I was not comfortable driving the car so , I decided to switch to a different car in a nearby location in Tennessee , my bad luck the car which I switched there was also not clean inside and I had to pick few things were inside the car and hand it over in the location before I left . The tyre pressure sensor was not fault in the car which I switched and I infomed at the location and they told me it is because of the temperature outside and it will show the correct pressure after some time but, it was flashing throughout my journey.
Poor customer service.

Finally after seeing all this on the receipt I decided to reach the customer support through the phone twice and registered my complaint . I was told that someone will definitely reach out to me in this regard within the next 7-10 business days. It has been more than 10 business days and still no has contacted me.
