State farm got is a car from here it was awesome hassle free in and out brand new car the manager was so friendly and if I'm ever in need of another car this is where I'm going
Two guys work at the front desk. One is very rude & seems doesn't understand what he is doing.
I work for the University and we often rent cars for long distance travel. They used to be fast,but recently everytime I come here it's at least a 45 minute wait. We make reservations a week in advance and they still don't have car available.

Extremely rude on the phone when I called to check on my reservation on 11/17 at approx 4:22pm.My wife and I used to always rent from hertz and after being treated like I was on the phone we decided not to rent again. Renting a vehicle should be a fun and great experience especially when you have a trip planned to Florida with your wife and kids. Being scolded on the phone is not a fun experience at all.
Worst place to rent a car. Enterprise is right next to it - cheaper, good cars & excellent service.
