I have used Auto Tech for years and Joe, the new owner is truly out to help people! He 'treats it like he owns it'. Even if you have your ideas on how something should be fixed, trust me, his opinion is right and 'do it right, do it once' is very true! I just learnt this lesson...he fixed it my way first (didn't work), then we fixed it his way..then I got to go home!
As a woman, I would recommend him because he helps, explains and doesn't treat you like an idiot!
I was not a regular customer and called at 3:30 on a Friday with a locked up break. I asked if there was any chance they could fit me in (several places had already told me they could see me the end of next week). Joe (the owner) was very nice and said to come right over. They got me in right away and I was out the door again by 5pm (they needed to have a part delivered). Great service, great people. They do all types of mechanical work. I own a Ford F-250 super duty diesel. I needed an oil change and had a small issue with the vacuum lines (air system). Went to see Joseph and I couldn't be happier. He explained everything in detail so I understood fully what my issues were. Not only did he get me in and out in a few hours, he went out of his way to save me some money! I visited this shop because of a referral from a family friend. She too has had great experiences with Joseph. He was very knowledgable and willing to whatever he could to help. I will most definitely be bringing all my vehicles to him from now on as well as encouraging anyone I know that has an auto issue to go see them. Great work at a very fair price! Best around.
