Diagnosed and repaired what several nearby shops couldn't. From computer to tailpipe they seem to know there stuff.
Mark and his staff to are AMAZING!!!! I was treated with so much respect. Mark actually listen to what I had to say. He offered his knowledge and was very courteous. I had a wonderful experience here. Thanks Mark and Staff!!!(AWESOME SAUCE)!!!!
Not really impressed with the response time especially when they say they will call when done... Never did. I called, was told they will call back in a half hour. Over an hour later I call back to get a little information with a lot of I don't knows. As long as the fix it in a timely manner I will be happy.
Car was there for 3 days before they looked at it. Everyday I was told they might get to it that day. Fuel pump replacement cost over $560. I was told by another mechanic that was high. My coin department holding about $5 in change was left with a dime and a quarter.
Between LV and R&M I know where I'll be going for all my vehicle needs in the future, and I'll be recommending them to anyone looking for mechanical or body repair. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and patient with me in resolving my vehicle issues.
I am very happy with the service I received at LV Auto today. They looked at my vehicle at the request of Mark from R&M next door (they had just done some body work and the vehicle coincidentally started to behave strangely shortly after). Dxed the problem, which turned out to be a lot less severe than I had feared, and got me back up and running the same day.
Definitely not worth going here. Lynn was nice but Steve lacks communication skills.
