Clean bathrooms, wide, open aisles, pleasant atmosphere. Minimal interaction with the staff, but overall seemed nice.
Car wash was okay first few times. Last time I went through my rear windshield wiper was gone and I had a few scratches on my car. Came back from a long trip two days ago and my windshield was covered in bugs so I went through the wash again. Rear windshield wiper is missing again. Never going through this wash again and cancelling my pass.
You just can"t beat the car wash subscription if you enjoy keeping a clean car. I live in Galesburg, and still consider it a value. I usually wash my car once a week, and at 12.99 a month for a great automated car wash, you just can"t beat it!
I went here for the first time, the cashier was nowhere to be seen and had to wait a bit till he showed up walking, i had to educate myself about their washes and prices which were posted, interaction was very cold and minimal. The wash was ok however the blowers/dryers did'nt do the job properly, you definitely need to wipe it dry with a cloth. Almost all the auto car wash places i've been to have people in the end wiping your car dry. I also noticed the front bumper didn't get washed good as the dead bugs/debris was still there pretty visible. The vacuums had a pretty low suction but were free.
