Sometimes busy but love them for the following three things: 1. Monthly pass program. 2. Qaulity amd effectiveness of wash. 3. Option for touchless wash.
I really like this car wash, however it seems that one lane is often down for preventative maintenance, and waiting for the wash can sometimes take a bit. I've had a couple of instances where my car isn't quite as clean as I would like for a $12 wash, but that's just what the risk is with fully automated systems.
I have been using Xtreme Clean car washes for years now because I like the touchless option and the wash seems to do a pretty good job considering it is touchless. I am a fanatic about having a clean car and own multiple vehicles due to the business I own so I was using Xtreme clean a lot until I had an incident with my Tahoe. Xtreme clean decided to install new bump guards on 1 of it''s wash stalls. Well the new bump guards damaged one of my rims. The regional manager just happened to be there when it happened he advised me to file a claim with them. What a joke, I believe they are only concerned if there is damage to their equipment not your car. They came up with a million reasons why they are not responsible for the damage. I also contacted the regional manager 3 times and he doesn't return messages and the corporate office will not respond to my emails. They say they want you to have the best experience possible but they only care about themselves and their equipment, not making things right with a long term customer that has probably spent thousands at their washes since they have opened.
I wash my Jeep there all the time it does a really nice job.
