It's ok. If you have expensive car I wouldn't recommend this place. But cheap quick clean it's ok for that.
Rude rude rude. If the business decides to respond to me, I'll give them an upgrade. Perhaps William was just having a bad day. Definitely lacking signage that tells you what to do. Very unpleasant experience.
The attendant was not a wonderful person to deal with or get any info, the car wash left my vehicle dirty in several spots including muddy mirror and unwashed sides by fenders. Pretty disappointed.
We chose the $10 wash and tire shine.. My tires are still shining 3 days later, the gentleman working was very friendly, and basically washed our car before we even went through the car wash. We live in Kzoo, and have our choice of pretty much any kind of car wash there is, and we wont use anyone but Sparkle Buggy for both of our vehicles! Thank you for the great customer service and quality!
Half of the spinner scrubbers weren't working inside the wash. Attendant has zero personality, people skills, sense of humor. $5 wasted on a crappy wash and crappy experience. I highly recommend, if you have the time, visiting the Sprinkle Road location. MUCH better service.
