I decided to bring in my white Michael Kors winter coat for a wet cleaning service. When I walked in I was greeted by what seemed to teenagers/very young adults at the dry cleaning counter. I asked if they provided wet cleaning as a service. They look confused and answered no. I then asked "what service does Staium Drive Cleaners provide for clothing that can't be dry cleaned?" They asked an experienced associate to come answer my questions. The associate stated we would follow the care label. When I dropped off my coat it was in good condition. The belt would clasped together properly and the zipper functioned. I noticed Christmas Eve when I wore my coat my belt did not clasp. I called the store twice before 4pm and no one answered. I went back to Stadium Drive Cleaners after Christmas this time i was greeted by Sarah and Brian. I told them the issue, that my belt would not clasp or unclasp. Sarah was thinking my belt did not get wet or dry cleaned because there wasn't a separate ticket for the belt. I told Sarah my belt is attached to my coat and it shouldn't of been a separate item. Regardless that should of not been my issue. That would of been an issue with the associates who are employed at Stadium Drive Cleaners. Then, Sarah took my belt so they (Brian or Sarah) could speak with the associate who cleaned my coat. They assured me they would call by 1pm on 12/27/17.
I asked Brian why i didn't receive a phone call on December 27th and he said they (Sarah and Brian) were both busy (2. This sounds like an excuse) It is very disappointing that a business will not take care of a broken belt that happened under their watch. I will no longer do business with them. I understand mistakes happen, but what Brian said they would do is frustrating. I would suggest no one to do business with them either because they will blame your care label for the issue and not own up to mistakes that happen at their business.
Love the attendant and the cleanliness of the laundromat. Easy parking and many entrances and always enough room for many to get the job done
December 27th went by and most of the 28th. I stopped by business around 12:56pm on December 28th, 2017. I spoke with Brian who is the manager. He handed me a letter and told me the associate followed the care label for cleaning procedures so they would not be liable. I told him I was very disappointed in the customer service I received (For 1. I did not receive a call).
Brought in a $50 KennethCole black&white hoodie Thursday for a small stain on the chest. And got it back yesterday night with a HUGE Splatter from top to bottom of what looks like Grease. Seeing as how I wore this shirt, for under an hour and a half Brand Bleach New before getting the initial small stain, NOO possible way of me causing this type of damage. Smh No One Answers the Phone Ever.
Have to purchase a card and load cash on to it, very convoluted and in convenient process. Not open 24 hours and in disrepair. Will not go back once card credit is done.
Upon picking up a dry-cleaned shirt I noticed a huge blue mark on the sleeve - which was not there when dropped off. I brought it to Stadium's attention. While they made an effort to remove the stain, the shirt was ultimately ruined. They refused to stand behind their shirt service contractors or provide any compensation, and I ultimately lost a $90 shirt by no fault of my own. After several years of patronage I regret to grade a one-star rating, but my final experience was terribly disappointing. While I cannot speak to the laundry services offered, I'd caution others against using Stadium's dry cleaning. Sad!
