Quick turnaround on my two wool coats. Made them less scratchy as requested. Owners have a nice upbeat attitude.
Had to have them redo the hem on the same pair of pants 5 times because the length still wasn't right. And, they were upset with me. Very disappointing.
This place ruined my friends formal dress. It originally had sparkles and glitter on it and when she arrived to pick up the dress it was wiped clean of any traces of glitter and sparkle. The owner did not give any offer of reimbursement or satisfaction. The owner had the nerve to say it was my friends fault for getting it cleaned although she had successfully had it cleaned twice prior to this incident at other establishments.
Business clothes are on point every time.
Had a wedding reception two weeks after the ceremony. Groomsmen shirt collars were filthy prior to dropping @ Texas Corners Cleaners Richland / Gull lake area location. They did a phenomenal job. Came out spotless & on time. Very quick turn around. Thanks Kim & Lee ;)
