When I spoke with the gentleman that came out to check our home, I asked him if there would be any kind of mess because I was having a party on Friday. He told me there would be no mess. WELL, there was a mess left after the work was completed. I found dirt on carpets, window sills and the basements where the furnaces are. I also found a chip out of one of my doors. Unless there is some kind of compensation for the mess and damage, I'm afraid that I can not recommend your company. You cleaned our ducts.

I have done business with Stanley Steemer for the last 2-3 years and the service and cleaning performance have always been great. However, 2 weeks ago when I scheduled a cleaning and a request to have one of my carpet areas restretched, there was a huge miscommunication on the appointment days and times! This resorted in wasted time for my husband and I. A manager did correct the problem and discounted the service.
The two gentlemen serviced our home twice. They are very polite and friendly and did a fantastic job.
Consistently do a good job and are always on time and considerate. Price could be a tad lower tho.
