Better service than MetroPcs. Getting better with included fees.
Guy behind the desk was very efficient. Except, he enrolled me for Phone Insurance when I specifically said I don't want it, gave me an $80 phone instead of a $50 phone when I asked to buy their cheapest model, told me the only way I could buy service through them was to enroll with the more expensive plan (which might be true) and then manually change my plan online for the next billing cycle. I still can't remove my insurance.
