Good parts, best price I found. If you call on the phone the prices are higher than the Internet site- don't know why.
I need a part for my Polaris RZR that broke on Thursday afternoon. I wanted to ride this weekend and they had me the part by Friday morning and riding for the weekend. Website was very user friendly and when I called the dealership the person that I talked to was very knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic to my situation. Overall and outstanding experience. prices are great, shipping dept slow as hell, my order was to arrive the same day they actually shipped it. customer service 50/50 one call returned one call ignored. but dealer wanted $480 n they were $320.
The store was fine, selection.....good- guy behind the counter- wow!! I made a comment on a well priced item- his reply was short and cocky!!! I was very surprised since im pretty sure i had seen the same guy working at m&m, and although he wasnt pleasent there either- he wasnt the cocky a** he was on this day!! Parts department- he had to have recieved a pay cut- or lost benafits or something!! But- not my fault!! Grow up child!!
