Store manager was very rude and unprofessional. Told me the product I purchased was a POS and wouldn't honor the return 2 days after purchase. Called and E-mailed corporate and no response. I will return in the future...for the inevitable going out of business sale.
This is by FAR the WORST store i've ever shopped in. Every employee was rude and took forever just to get two pairs of cleats. NEVER shop at this store! I've never been this dissatisfied with a store in my life!
This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First, it's impossible to find someone to get you a pair of shoes or to open a changing room for you. When I finally did get someone to help me they walked away and never came back so I wasn't able to get another size of the shoes I wanted to buy. My daughter never found anyone to let her into a changing room. Customers seem to be the last thing on the staffs mind here. When I finally waved down a staff member she asked someone else to assist me because she " wasn't clocked in yet."
Horrible, terrible and disrespectful. Not exactly what I look for in a shopping experience.
Usually my experience is always pleasant when shopping at the multiple Dunhams locations available in our area. However, the store manager, Jason, at the W. Main location was very rude. He yelled at my children and lied right to my face. It is surprising that Dunhams has such a childlike manager running their store. As of right now, I will not be shopping this store until something is done with the store manager, Jason.
