Great place. Good customer service, no messing up with orders. Got a fabulous deal (BOGO on Blue dog food, plus a 13 dollar bag of cat food free!) Felt like the cops were gonna get me for shop-lifting !
They did a good job on my dogs hair cut but every time I take him there he always comes back with fleas. It gets pretty bad after that..
The hiring manager should be fired. waited to take my fish back 45 minutes hopefully it didn’t die .One cash register person on with everybody else in the back line of people wanting crickets embarrassing ass store. While there’s a line of people one person’s on answering phones when he should be working helping people .
Great place, they love animals. I always bring in my dog and he gets lots of attention
Have had my dog groomed many times there and it seems the groomers training is not uniform. The biggest problem I have is nail trimming. I pay extra for grinding but sometimes it looks like they cut the nails then grind the top of the nail rather than take the edges off the cut nail. They're cuts have generally been okay but sometimes they don't trim her rear and feet short enough.
