Amazing service! I had tried calling around to different shops and he was the only one who sounded like a professional who knew what he was talking about. He was able to see me right away to asses the problem and made a quick fix that another mechanic had failed at doing. Super affordable and really great service. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place has no idea what they are doing. They ordered a part to repair my truck and told me it would take seven to ten days to get it, and that it was safe to drive. A week later, I called and they had no record of the part being ordered. Told me to come in at 8 the next morning and they would look at vehicle and reorder part. Went in at 8 and was told to come back at ten. I went across the street to Muffler Man. By later that same morning , the part was there and the repair is scheduled for the next day. The guy there also told me that it was unsafe to drive without the repair. Munro was highly unprofessional and inefficient, and I could have gotten in an accident due to their ineptitude. Had gone there since 1993, when it was Lentz, but will not go back. Terrible experience.
Extremely flexible and helpful. They took me home while they worked on my car so I didn't have to sit 2 hours with a baby in the lobby. Rad place.
