Excellent Customer Service! Everything done well. Remember, if you are not using your insurance then ask for a discount which could be much lower than the quote when you use insurance. Wish this wasn't so as it keeps our insurance rates high in Michigan.
I had top notch service from Bradley. He drove out last week to repair my windshield and it could not be repaired, but needed to be replaced. He set me up for an appointment to come out today and fix it, and for cheaper than my insurance deductible. Today, he was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was professional and kind both times. Definitely will recommend Safelite to anyone who needs auto glass!
Came in to look at my rear defroster because it wasn't working. They were pretty busy but everyone working had a great attitude and were willing to look at the window on the spot. They found something pretty quick and fixed it in the spot. Best service I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend this place and would come here in a heartbeat if I have future glass issues. Much appreciated!
Safelite is a company full of sensitive liberals. SNL had a clever and humorous sketch of one of the cast members playing a Safelight employee who humorously tries to get closer with a teenage girl. The skit was mildy touchy at most, but Safelite was so offended by this little sketch that they whined and complained to NBC and had the sketch taken off the air and unable for streaming anywhere online or on re-runs. I will no longer get or give any business to this place because the company has lost my, and many others, respect for being so sensitive to a minimally sensitive subject. 0/5 Stars
