If there was a 0 star I would submit it. This park was a nightmare. We decided to check it out and scheduled an appointment for a tour. When we came in for the tour, we were scheduled for the wrong time. We took an hour and a half off of work, got a babysitter for our one year old and we were informed by the sales manager that they did not have enough time to get us in. Then, we were told to go ahead and find a spot and they would catch up with us sometime in our stay.so we went down to the campsite, not knowing how anything worked or where to go or even what way to drive on the roads, and found a spot after driving in circles. Once we found a spot, it was filthy. There were plastic silverware everywhere, glass, various debris. We were frustrated but not totally bothered yet.....later that evening after work, we came back to have a few people over for our sons birthday. I was driving through the park when I heard a man scream at me from across the park to 'slow down.' I slowed down, not realizing I was going faster than the speed limit (we were not told the rules, where to find the rules or how fast we should go, apparently the speed limit was posted but I didn't see it. Then, the security guard, the same one who decided to yell across the park, came over to my car and screamed at me in my children's back window while my one year old was sleeping....about the speed limit. I completely understand that it's necessary to have rules, especially a speed limit. I just wanted to be treated with respect rather than yelled at so disrespectfully. When we tried to make a complaint to the sales manager, frank, he was extremely rude to us and did not validate our experience. Once we were there, the camping experience itself was crowded, dirty and unorganized. The staff did not communicate well, they were rude, condescending and belligerent. Never will my family set foot in those parks again.
Good for outdoor camping
A nice place in a nice location
Nice campground but they were more interested in selling memberships - seems that the industry is moving in that direction
Wish it had a indoor pool but even without that I love it here. We have 3 dogs and theres so many places You can walk Your pets. Everyone here is so very nice ,Everyone greets You asmile and a hello really enjoyed Our stay
Very disrespectful staff i would never go back again. Came in on Thursday and left on Saturday. Worst experience ever my son doesn't ever want to go out there again.
