Manager is not a professional business oriented person and has poor mediation skills. He has refused to sit down professionally to discuss late fees that is disputed per my receipts. Refused to have our water turned on unless we paid the disputed $ that he claimed was late fee. We paid the fines with an attached letter that it was not an admission to late fees owed but for the water to be turned on. Well water still not on. Requested owners # so we could mediate still denied. This was to be for my daughter so she could go to collage starting this summer at kvcc and then to Davenport . Think twice
It's an overpriced dump filled with classless people. Domestic disturbances happen daily.
Slowly getting better with new management
Ok I live in this community and I would like to say it has clean up a little on certain parts. The manager means well just doesn't know how to go about things in a professional manner. Since he first became manager to now he has came along way. He's trying to be professional about things but when people start yelling, cursing and being noncompliant, he tents to get upset just like anyone would. Yes he needs to work on his attitude but give him a break his trying. He's new at this and its going to take him some time to get the hang of things.
Lived here for a bit. Like a lot of trailer parks there is a problem with people on drugs but they are cleaning the place up
