It was great 3 years ago. They have a lot of riff raff and disrespectful people now. Nobody watches their kids. I feel the place is going hill.
Well, where do I begin... I'm sure this was a great place before new management but I wouldn't go back. I was approved for a home and was told it was between 45-50,000. I was first told my lot rent and home rent together would be $750 with 2,500 down before move-In as it was a rent to own. I was TOTALLY excited. Especially to have a 3 bed 2 bath home with a garage! Then I filled out an application. At that time I was THEN TOLD my house payment and lot rent with 2 cats would be $835 and $2,000 down and to hold the home I would have to put down $200 in the form of a money order so they didn't show it to anyone else. SOO.. I was understanding because the management was new. Although still questioning WHY it went to $835 a month. I then go buy a money order from speedway because that's what they requested and made it out to Vista ( the place where they said the loan was through). Now about a week had past and the manager said she wanted to double check the price of the home to make sure it was 45-50,000. I finally speak with Lisa (the manager)the following week and she she tells me the house is now 60,000 and I'll need 6,000 down and my payments will be $890 a month UMMM WHAT!!!??? Now mind you, I put a move-out notice in at my current place, started packing and everything. I'm like, wait, you guys changed the price 3 times, had me put down $200 in the form of a money that's now MADE OUT TO VISTA and I haven't been able to cash it because it's made out to them. I had to file a lost money order just to get my $200 back in which they charge $18 just to do that. I'm extremely disappointed in this management. If you don't know a price, don't quote it. And don't take people's money to hold down and give it back with it written out to you guys! Cause it's gonna take at least 4 weeks to get anything back. On a positive note, I learned my lesson. Never take anyone's word for it, have them put it in writing. I would stay far away from this place if I had to do it all over again.

Used to live here till my divorce. Now the ass has the home and I moved out. Other than that the neighborhood is ok
