Ok if you dont mind neighbors who blast music day & night and people driving thru with blaring music. If you want a quite place to live, go somewhere else. Neighbors music is so loud (even at 3 am) that ear plugs dont totally block it out. Complaining to the manager has 0 effect! I think he buys his meth from them. Several meth dealers in here. Very ghetto! Rules are NOT ENFORCED! Lease says I have the right to the peaceful enjoyment of my home. YEAH RIGHT!!
