Super friendly and great to work with

Pros: Excellent pricing, workmanship (speed and quality). This is a group that strives to make the customer happy.

Cons: couldn't find any.

By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The owner is very passive when it comes to correcting his companies mistakes. My glass block windows have taken almost 3 months to deal with and still aren't done right. I ordered them June 3rd through Lowes, they subcontracted Adams to install them and they still aren't completed. They were butchered getting put in on the first attempt...Lowes manager and Adams manager both came out a week later on separate occasions just to tell me what i already knew, "This job was done horribly".... framing was redone on the second attempt but still leaked water in the house and then another week later the owner came out to see what was going on. I requested that the windows be taken out and redone as i felt they were not properly installed the first time. That request was immediatly shut down with the owner saying and i quote "Anytime you put replacement block windows in a home, they are going to leak, so if we take them out and put new ones in it will still leak". I couldn't help but laugh at that quote asking him "If you knew they would leak why would you offer these services? Or why wouldn't you come to assess the project before you sent your guys to do the job? Or why wouldn't you say No to the job knowing once it rains i will have water in my basement" All he could say was "I agree, you are right" Then he suggested to dig trenches only around the windows that were leaking, (to his viewing he said only 3 out of the 6 windows could leak because the other three were not touching the ground ?)...i told him NO thats wrong and that all of them leak and i even took them in the house and showed them all the water stains. When i told him i can spray water on the windows right now and show you how they leak he said "no dont do that we will get it taken care of". A week went by with no one showing up. I then went out of town for the following weekend. Before i returned i recieved pictures of 3 windows done and a voicemail saying the job is completed. I figured they would have done all 6 windows, especially after I told Adam all the windows were leaking. But when I got back only the 3 windows they sent the pictures of were done and not the other 3 and yet STILL I had more water that had leaked in while i was away. So Adam took it upon himself to make the decision of completly ignoring our conversation and doing ONLY what he felt was needed to be done. They were sub-contracted through lowes and now Lowes insurance company has to get involved to pay for the damages caused to my home. When I explained to Lowes corporate how they installed the windows, they automatically knew they were installed wrong, saying they should have been sealed in with something other than foam and wood which is what was used to seal in the windows. There is mold on my walls due to the moisture that has been seeping in for almost 2 months and my white walls are turning yellow around the windows. Mind you, I also own a business and take customer service very seriously. I have been forced to take several shifts and days off of work, as well as reschedule employees shifts for all this to be done and assessed and redone and reassessed several times. 8 shifts and 5 full days off of work to be exact and still more to come when Lowes insurance company actually sends someone new out to redo the job.. No apologies were made by Adam Garland Construction but who knows, maybe they are writing a realllllly long apology letter, I guess ill wait and see. I feel very betrayed and let down. After being treated this way I would have to say I would never recommend anyone deal with this company.

Adam and his team (we personally have met with Ross and Cliff) are amazing in every category. They are professional and courteous, full of respect and integrity and their workmanship is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make improvements on any portion of their homes. I know we've found a new company for the many updates our 60 year old home needs!
