My experience with Migala Carpet One was great. I had them install a tile floor in my kitchen/Dining Room/Laundry Room. The sales person Emily was very knowledgeable about the topic. Every question I had for her she was able to answer. I felt very comfortable moving forward. The gentleman that stopped over to estimate the project was very thorough. The team that actually did the install did a great job. The project looks great. I have received several comments on my floor. When it can time to install a backsplash over my new granite counter top I went back to Migala. Again I went to Emily and she took care of me. Emily took her time and worked with my wife to pick out just the right color and style. The process went just like my floor and was very smooth. My new kitchen looks great. Really happy with my new carpet from Migala. Kim is knowledgeable about all the products they offer and was a tremendous help in assisting me in making my selection. Installers showed up on time, quickly getting the job done. Looking forward to working with Kim again when I get ready to replace the carpet in our bedrooms and remodel the kitchen.
The salesperson could do better. If you tell a customer that you will call them the following day then do exactly that. I have had a position in dealing with clients for many years. You ALWAYS follow up. Your client doesn't want to come back in and find the pink "While you were out" message from you still on that salesperson's desk. We had normal "snafu's" with the estimator and what was installed, eg. new trim. So far the the carpet is lovely and holding up well for the five days we've had it.
I worked with Kim Sikkema with Migala. She helped me pick out everything I needed and I was so happy with the final product. The installers were clean, professional, and did a great job. I love my new wood floors, carpet, and tile.
