Our Kalamazoo properties signed up with U.S. Lawns this year, as a 1st experience, I have never received worst customer service in all of our years with different companies. After meeting with the owner, Brock H. I was very excited to have U.S. Lawns as our new team crew. After being 2 weeks late of our 1st scheduled date and not getting a single phone call or email back was very frustrating, that was worked out with the owner. Then a gal in the office, finally called me and told me to call Andrew for scheduling, I was given his personal cell phone and when I called he was not at work (4 pm on a Tuesday) and told me he would call me back tomorrow, a week later, I tried to call again, with no response again, I called the office, still no response. All the while I am emailing Brock the owner, pictures, with no response. Currently, I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get them to trim our bushes around the property. I cannot stress how important communication is with any business and I can say for my experience I have been given none. When the crew does arrive, they are in and out, so you can imagine the job that is done with that. I sure hope next year we can find a crew that takes pride in Excellent Customer Service, I am extremely disappointed. I sure would like to know which crew the 5 stars are receiving, I would love to join that team.
U.S. Lawns is an outstanding company! The attention they pay to the smallest details is what sets them apart from other landscaping companies. They did an excellent job with the snow removal this year as well!
