DeHaan Remodeling took wonderful care of me and my project! Their estimate was thorough, timely and reasonable. Bob took great care of me throughout the project. They were able to begin earlier than expected and were busy every day. Scott was onsite almost daily. He was so pleasant and even agreed to do some additional things that I hadn't discussed previously. Branden was very attentive and kept in touch via email, phone and text. Worked perfectly for me. They were even kind to my cats everyday - they loved to walk through their legs and inspect. I used their designer, Carol, throughout and am in love with our choices. My remodeled bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous. I would highly recommend DeHaan!
Only interested in larger scale remodeling. If you just want to update your restroom look some where else. Based on how often our meeting was pushed back, I would be nervous about the timeliness of their work.
We hired DeHaan Remodeling for two total bathroom renovations and a small kitchen upgrade. We had a top-notch experience from first contact -- to setting up the appointment for our quote -- all the way to our final walk-through. We worked with Bob at the beginning and end. He conducted our quote and walked us through all of the paperwork, answering all of our questions thoroughly and helpfully guiding us through the entire process. During the project, we worked closely with his sons Branden and Jorden, and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were reliable and conscientious workers -- they always cleaned up after themselves and always followed through with what was discussed. Best of all, they kept in close contact, regularly updating us and and were very quick to respond to us via email or phone. They were also happy to offer advice when asked, share information about best practices for our situation (even when it would mean less money for them), and were great about tackling problems if things didn't go as planned. They were committed to our satisfaction and were happy to call people back if we wanted something adjusted or changed. The end result was fabulous. This was our first time hiring a remodeling
