My recent experience at Hayes Jeep was excellent. James and Joe were friendly and got my vehicle in quickly. The parts department was great and even showed an awesome Jeep hooded sweatshirt that I purchased for my son! I always get my service needs met at Hayes Jeep.

A great experience was had at this Mercedes dealership in Kalamazoo. I had my 5 year old son with me, and they had toys to keep him busy, and the parts guys took him for a tour of the shop. Fantastic! Thank you so much.

Very pleasant and courteous staff. I had to cancel the first appointment at the last minute due to my mother having emergency hip surgery. I was given another appointment for a few days later. When I arrived for that appointment I was immediately greeted with inquiries about my mother. I was taken aback because I had forgotten I had even mentioned it! Oh yeah, the work was done promptly and professionally. Also, I really appreciated the ride to and from work on my time. I didn't have to wait for a scheduled shuttle. Adam was a pleasant conversationalist (even though he doesn't like his name which is a great name and what I named my son!)
